Our relationships with decision makers and candidates extend across the nation. Our extensive network gives you immediate access to the top talent throughout the United States. The Key Corporate Services approach and methodology will be adapted to meet your executive recruiting needs. Our approaches fall into various search options. You are able to decide which solution works best for your projects:
This performance based approach is often utilized for searches requiring immediate focus, urgency and confidentiality. In this type of executive job search, our fee is paid in two installments. The first payment, or engagement fee, is due when we begin the search. The final payment is due only after the search has been completed and one of our referrals has been hired. This strategy assures that our experienced industry-specific national recruiting team will direct their efforts immediately.
This approach is often utilized by our clients who are familiar with our high executive search / placement success rate. They want to feel confident that they will have first review of qualified candidates, gain industry intelligence and that they will receive priority response from our team. These contracts are commonly set for 3/6/9/12 months and reviewed at 3 month intervals.
This approach is for those clients who want access to our database of qualified candidates without an up-front financial commitment. Upon the successful hiring of one our referrals, the payment is due.
For our clients who have critical positions in technical, management or senior-level roles. This approach is common for short-term needs, usually under 12 months in length.
