Retained Executive Search and Recruiting

The retained search option involves the recruitment and placement of highly qualified professionals into mid and upper level executive positions. We offer behavioral-based interviewing methods, as a way to improve job candidate selection and employee retention.

Working on a retained basis means that Key Corporate Services recruiter will charge an upfront fee to the client to conduct a search. We operate on an exclusive basis meaning the job will only be filled through our recruitment company.

We work very closely with the client and will take the necessary time and use an agreed methodology to find the best person for the job. The process is typically rigorous with a short list of anything from three to ten names being presented before interviews begin.

Our job is to present candidates with the perfect skills, location, salary, etc. The only thing we leave for the client is to select the candidate they like best.
