A leader in research-based pharmaceuticals from Asia retained Key Corporate to find key employees to open their first office in the United States. With a strong international presence in over 60 other countries they were seeking to find a North America Manager to run their operation abroad.

This task came with a few contingencies; they had to establish an office and team in two short months. Because of our deep connections and long history in the pharmaceuticals and biotech market, our seasoned recruiters screened and presented three compelling candidates.

Two weeks later a North America Manager was hired and operations quickly commenced. After discovering such a promising candidate so quickly this forerunner in pharmaceuticals was not surprised when a project, office, and multiple sales managers were established shortly after. Nine months later the US campaign is running smoothly and all positions are filled.
