Key Corporate Services is growing and searching for new talent! If this post sparks your interest, please read this job description and contact us.
As I noted in the very first post in this series, you control your compensation when you work in this industry. The sky is basically the limit, and you’ll succeed based on your skills, traits, and behaviors.
One of the most important traits in this business is an entrepreneurial spirit. This is the desire to create your own opportunities, manage your own work autonomously, and reap the rewards of success. Of course, many people with this spirit open their own businesses.
In order to open your own business, however, you need to have an excellent product. But what if the product is you? Your people skills, your network, your desire to help others? In that case, executive recruiting is a great outlet!
At Key Corporate Services, we provide excellent on-boarding and training. We provide the guidance of experienced managers like our founders and managing partners Dave and Jeff. We provide a superb work environment that values teamwork. But your success is ultimately up to you, and you’ll reap great financial and emotional rewards if you do.
If you are an entrepreneur at heart and are ready to put this trait to work, then perhaps becoming an executive recruiter would be a smart choice!
